Hello I'm Raitchii. Currently, I’m working as a part-time freelance illustrator, animator, and webtoonist. And I've been drawing for years and just debuted as IG artist in early 2020. I am a josei (adult female manga) artist, mainly do webtoon style and painterly style commissions.

HOW TO ORDER
Form 1:
"Hi, Rai! I'm [your name] I'd like to commission you [commission type] , please! This commission is for [personal / commercial use] ! Here's the reference of the character I want you to draw [The character picture or link], and here's my e-mail [your PayPal e-mail]!"
Example:

TERMS OF SERVICE
I have the right to decline your commission request.
By asking for a slot in the waitlist, please be sure that you are 100% interested on commissioning me. I will finish your commission once we have a deal.
I do not accept refund!
The artwork is for personal use only. Reproduction and commercial use shall have an extra charge depending on the commission. You can also opt to purchase copyright to claim your commission 100%.
I have the right to publish your commission online for my portfolio.
Half payment should be made before I do the draft and full-payment after finalize the sketch. Payment should be sent via PayPal in USD.

Clients will be given up major revisions upon the sketch phase. Major revision after sketch will require an additional fee.
I have no definite deadlines since I am still a student and have a busy schedule. The estimated turnaround time for commissions would be 1 week to 3 months.
The final result will be sent in PNG format for still image , and MP4 for animations.
For animations, you cannot request BGM as I will only use free commercial BGM unless you own the BGM legally.
Commissioners can opt the order size to 1:1 (square), 4:5 (vertical), or 16:9 (horizontal) ratio and 300 dpi. If you have a preferred dimension, please tell me beforehand.
I can draw: Original character, fanart, feral/pets, furry, real human (drawn in my style), dynamic pose, semi-human, ship art (hetero/shoujo-ai/shounen-ai), objects, weapons, kawaii/fantastical/futuristic/gore aesthetic.
I cannot draw: Realism, mecha, yuri/yaoi, very complex bg, heavy horror/gore, hateful art.
With consideration or/and extra charge: NSFW/R18+ related, half-full armoured character, very complex character/object/weapon, non existing visual reference, barra (muscled man/woman).
Additional character(s): 50% from base per character
